The Assemblage

The Assemblage was designed as community space that provides coworking, co-living, and social spaces for individuals seeking transformation and interconnection. Within its two locations in NoMad and Financial District, the buildings are outfitted with spaces that include private offices, flexible, open workspace and private desks, meditation and meeting rooms, a plant-based elixir bar and social event spaces.  

The FiDi location also offers 79 guestrooms that allow easy flow between workspace and living spaces for the members. Rooms are designed to allow workspace flexibility with custom design elements.  

Biophilia is a key element in the approach to the design of a healthy environment for all members and guests.  Moss wall installation and thousands of plants are strategically located throughout.
