Loop

Loop is a sustainable community space that was designed to allow for corporate gatherings, speaking engagements, events, wellness retreats, cooking demonstration and classes, as well as video production, all while giving back to the community.  A space with high ambitions and fluid needs. 

The design broke the building’s floor plan down to three distinctive spaces; a large event room with a custom-built bar, a cozy library lined with cantilevered shelving and fireplace, and a custom commercial shooting kitchen with a large dining room all of which can accommodate being separated or connected to support flexible use of the whole floor. The bright, neutral spaces give another opportunity for flexibility for lighting quality and introduction of color at the user's discretion.  The clean, modern aesthetic and technological capabilities reflect a space that is a leading-edge place to work, play and create.
